Frequently Asked Questions

A Home Watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. Your home is inspected by professionals looking for any potential problems. The Handler will design a checklist based on your individual needs and concerns. If a situation does arise, you will be notified so the problem can be dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

We have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly inspection plans… all depends on what you need. Some owners want the peace of mind having their property checked inside and out on a weekly basis. Others feel monthly will suffice. We recommend weekly exterior checks with a monthly interior inspection.

We can do seasonal or annual contracts, whichever best suits the homeowner. We also do one time inspections (with a detailed report).

While not all storm damage can be avoided in a serious weather event, there are many steps that can be taken to prevent or minimize damage. As home watch professionals, an important part of our job is to identify any potential risks and to protect your home from major damage in the event of a serious storm. We can help prepare your home to weather an oncoming storm, as well as provide first-hand inspection afterwards to ascertain whether damage has occured, make needed repairs, and do general storm cleanup.
