40+ Years Of Experience In Estate Management and Hospitality
“Owning a home is a keystone of wealth, both financial affluence and emotional security.”
Early Days
The Handler Concierge started as a service to help people make connections, whether it be for the hot concert tickets or the best (and honest) car repair guy in town. The Handler also had a private client whose estate he managed while the client was traveling, managing the team caring for the property. Gradually, The Handler Concierge turned into a personal service designed to help people balance their schedules, whether personal, family or professional; meaning a service that supports in all areas required to manage one’s lifestyle, and thus, giving the time back to spend on the things people enjoy.
Your Request is Our Priority
Helping people Gain Time
Over the past decade our service has been extremely popular with our clients, who do not need to be a VIP celebrity to gain access to exclusive services and offerings. In most cases, The Handler Concierge has been used by busy people, who have busy lives and can see a value in the services that are available through a lifestyle concierge such as The Handler.
Historically, if you had a maid for your home, you were considered wealthy or rich, but as times have changed, newer generations consider their free time as much more precious, and so tend to put a value on that time. Today, it has become not just an accepted practice for busy people, but a practical one too. These days, many people think nothing of having a cleaning service, landscape service, or hiring a caterer for a party. Meaning they have more time to spend on the things, and with the people, they love.
Let "The Handler" handle it!
Becoming Eyes on The Delaware Shore
When “The Handler” moved to the Delaware shore, business continued as he made new connections. But the resort area demanded a new service: Home watching for the large population of part time residents. So many properties at the Delaware beaches are second homes, and therefore vacant much of the time. Soon The Handler began to keep an eye on his clients’ vacation homes. In the off-season, “check the house” became a common request. The Handler, with his eagle eye for detail, noted when gutters were filled and overflowing, shingles needed repair, or suspicious activity was afoot. Going the extra mile, The Handler often picked up fresh eggs, milk, fruit or his clients’ favorite beverages, to leave behind for their imminent arrival. And thus, The Handler Concierge became not just favored by, but indispensable to his Delaware clients.
